Chronic Fatigue

"Four years ago, I was diagnosed with chronic fatigue which came about as a result of a viral infection. Although I have experienced long periods of good health since then, it reoccurred, most recently 3 months ago. I had come back home to Ireland to a stressful situation in my family which I feel triggered the illness this time. "Myself & my husband had been trying to conceive for 7 months. Some people may say thats nothing but it felt like a life time to me. "Since childhood I have battled with Major Depression (MDD) and anxiety which, as a young adult, only got progressively worse. My condition was greatly compounded by Post Natal Depression (PND) after having each of my three babies.
